| Signing Up |
We are a subscription organic produce delivery service. You sign up for a delivery of produce, of which we select the initial contents, on the frequency you choose. Your subscription and deliveries continue until you notify us to stop.
You will receive an email or welcome call within two business days of submitting your online sign up form. Your welcome email will include a link to your secure online account.
Farm Fresh To You will not be held responsible for miscommunications due to our e-mails going to your spam folder. Notify us immediately if you do not receive a welcome e-mail after two business days have lapsed from submitting your delivery service application. |

| Account Information |
Please advise us immediately of any contact information change. It is your responsibility to cancel your account or change your delivery address with us if you move. If you do not notify Farm Fresh To You of your relocation, you will be held accountable for boxes delivered to your prior address. To cancel your account, you must call our office at 800-796-6009 by 10:00 AM, two business days prior to your delivery.
All of our customer information is kept strictly confidential. We do not release any information to anyone regarding our customers. |

| Delivery |
While box contents are pre-set in accordance with the season and availability, we do accommodate permanent and temporary preferences. If you have allergies or aversions, we will be happy to omit the given vegetable or fruit. We substitute fruits for fruits and vegetables for vegetables.
We deliver all legal holidays. Scheduled delivery days may be shifted the weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas, but you will receive ample notification if that is the case. If you will be out of town for any holiday, or you receive deliveries to your place of business and it’s scheduled to be closed on a holiday, it is the customer’s responsibility to advise the office in plenty of time, otherwise the delivery will be made and your account will be charged.
Please take note of your schedule which is available online and know when your box is to arrive. If it does not arrive as scheduled, please contact us within 48 hours. Please do not wait for an invoice to advise you have not received a box. Otherwise, you will be billed. |

| Customization and Scheduling Requests |
You must give us 48 hours notice to make changes to your box contents or to cancel a delivery. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs, however, we cannot be held responsible for changes made within 48 hours of your delivery date and you may be charged for the delivery.
Produce is picked and boxes are packed at the farm the day prior to your delivery. Thus, all requests must be received, via e-mail or phone, by 10:00 AM, two business days prior to delivery.
All changes on your account will result in confirmation directly from our office regarding said change. |

| Billing |
All new customers are required to have a valid credit card on file. You may choose to pay via automatic credit card payment. We accept Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards. Otherwise, you will be billed by mailed invoice monthly. All payments via check should be mailed to office, not given to delivery drivers or taped to your returned box.
If you choose to be billed vai automatic credit card payment, please note that your credit card will be debited on the 1st, 8th, 15th or 22nd of the month. If you have a preference, please let us know. Please be aware that any deliveries scheduled for those weeks (of the 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd) may be debited as well. Farm Fresh To You is not responsible for overdraft fees that may result from automatic debit card payments.
If you choose to cancel your Farm Fresh To You service, your debit or credit card will be billed automatically for any outstanding balance.
We reserve the right to debit balance of a delinquent account. Please note that if you do not pay your outstanding bills within 30 days of your invoice being sent, your account will qualify as delinquent.
Deliveries to Fram Fresh To You accounts with open balances that are greater than 45 days will be temporarily suspended until the balance is paid in full.
Farm Fresh To You accounts with open balances that are greater than 90 days will be sent to collections. |

| New Customer Incentive |
| You will receive a free box (of $31.50 value or less) for each new customer you refer to Farm Fresh To You. If you receive a box of greater value, such as a snack pack, and you refer another customer, your account will be credited for $31.50. Be sure that the person you refer includes your name in the field provided when they sign up online, or gives your name to us if they sign up by phone. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion. |

Farm Fresh To You offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee for the quality of our produce and the accurate packing of your delivery. If you're not completely satisfied with your produce, or find a produce item missing from your order, we will gladly make it up to you in your next delivery.
