Pasta Salad With Shrimp and Basil

1pound medium shrimp, cooked and peeled
4cups cooked medium seashell pasta (2 cups uncooked)
2cups cherry tomatoes
1/2cup chopped green bell pepper
1/3cup fresh lemon juice
1/4cup chopped shallots
1/4cup chopped fresh basil
2tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/2teaspoon salt
1/2teaspoon black pepper
1clove garlic, minced


Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours. Serves 8.
